How to Blur the Background in Photoshop (Video Tutorial)
In this video we will be learning how to blur the background in Photoshop in a quick and easy manner. In the first step, we will cut out the subject from the background using the Select and Mask tool and then in the second step, we will use the Lens Blur filter to blur the background.
