Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our products (online courses) are digital downloads which the customer gets immediate access to once the payment is made. Since the access to the product cannot be revoked (since it’s downloadable material), we don’t offer any types of refunds or cancellations.

That is why we give all the possible information about our online courses right on the sales page so the customer can make an informed decision.

Please note that this only applies to courses directly sold on our website. We also sell our online courses via a third party website called Udemy. These course are eligible for refunds but we have no control over the policy since it is handled by Udemy themselves.
